Free Shipping details​

We offer free shipping on eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations may not qualify for free shipping—please check available options and rates during checkout.

Exclusions:

• Orders placed with a Purchase Order (PO) are not eligible for free shipping.

• Free shipping does not apply to special orders, oversized, or heavyweight items.    

Returns
If you decide to return an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or credit.

Shipping Methods:

• Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Mail Innovations. These options include tracking and generally arrive within 2–4 days.

• Heavier items are shipped using FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground, with delivery times ranging from 1–5 days, depending on the destination.
